The Home Fires Double-Walled Insulated Stainless Steel Chimney Flue System is a premium, high-performance venting solution designed for residential and light commercial use. Engineered for reliability, safety, and durability, this system is suitable for all negative-pressure applications with oil, pellet, wood, coal, gas stoves, fireplace inserts, furnaces, boilers, and masonry fireplaces.
With a maximum continuous flue-gas temperature rating of 600°C, the system delivers excellent thermal performance, corrosion resistance, and condensate management. It is not suitable for positive-pressure or forced-draft appliances.
Classification: T600-N1-D-Vm-L50050-G50 and T600-N1-D-Vm-L20050-G50
Manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and painted with black temperature resistant Forrest paint.

Installation Guidelines
- Always begin assembly at the appliance connector/spigot (male end into spigot).
- Maintain minimum clearances: 50mm (double-walled) and 300mm (single-walled) to combustible materials.
- Minimum vertical rise of 600mm recommended before any offset.
- Support every 2 metres with lateral brackets.
- All outdoor/exposed sections must use double-walled insulated pipes.
- Professional installation by a qualified chimney specialist is strongly recommended.
Chimney Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for safety and longevity, especially with wood-burning appliances. Inspect annually, clean creosote/soot build-up when it reaches 6mm, and always use non-scratching brushes. Thorough cleaning is required within 48 hours after burning coal or anthracite at the end of the season.
In Case of Chimney Fire: Close all dampers/air inlets, seal the fireplace opening, alert occupants, and contact emergency services immediately.
